Weisman earned a master’s degree in museum studies from the Cooperstown Graduate Program (SUNY Oneonta) and a bachelor’s degree in German studies and Holocaust studies from Mount Holyoke College. She sits on the boards of SpeakEasy Stage Company (Boston, MA), and the Council of American Jewish Museums.
